UUM LEADS Sdn. Bhd. ( Registration No: 201101017600/945736-D ) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of UUM Holdings Sdn. Bhd., while UUM Holdings is entirely owned by Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM).
Established in 2011 with an initial paid-up capital of RM 5 million and a total paid-up capital of RM 1.5 million. We were established to drive various strategic initiatives encompassing continuing education, professional development training, corporate consultancy services, and international education management.
